Custom Diesel Mechanic Workshop – Makarewa
Constructed by Allen Building, this purpose-built diesel mechanic workshop in Makarewa provides a practical, spacious and durable working environment tailored to the client's needs.
Featuring a gable roofline, allowing for a 5.4m high apex internally, low-maintenance steel cladding, fully ply lined interior, generous workshop openings and a hard-wearing concrete floor, this building was designed with functionality and efficiency in mind. A great example of our ability to deliver custom commercial and industrial buildings that combine quality workmanship with practical design.
Kitchen Renovation & Extension – Invercargill
This residential renovation and extension project in Invercargill focused on transforming the existing kitchen and laundry into a more spacious, modern and functional area for everyday living.
The project involved extensive internal alterations, removing existing walls, extending the home's footprint and creating a new kitchen layout with improved storage and functionality. Careful attention was given to seamlessly integrating the extension with the existing home, while upgrading insulation and joinery to improve comfort and energy efficiency.
